Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payments facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.

These terms and conditions apply to all online payments made to the Philippine College of Physicians (PCP).

All payments are subject to the following conditions:

  • We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching PCP due to a member quoting an incorrect account number.
  • Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit card supplier
  • If the credit/debit card supplier declines payment, the PCP is under no obligation to bring this fact to the member's attention. Members should check with their bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from their account.

Confirmation of Payment
You will receive a confirmation of your payment on your screen after you make the payment.

Refund Policy
Should you have any queries regarding an overpayment on your account and think you may be eligible for a refund, please contact PCP office.

Limitation of liability
In no event will the PCP and any of its officers or directors be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or any linked site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

Applicable laws
This site is administered by PCP from its offices in Pasig City, Philippines. These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

Online Privacy Policy
Your right to privacy is very important to us and we recognise that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner.

We believe this information should only be used to help us provide you with better service and that's why we have put a policy in place to protect your personal information.

We will not provide any of your personal information obtained via the web to other companies or individuals unless required to by law.

Under no circumstances shall PCP store sensitive card authentication data (i.e. card number, expiry date, validation code, personal identification number) prior to, during, or subsequent to authorization.  Whenever you provide sensitive card authentication data, we will ensure all reasonable steps to protect it.

The PCP is the umbrella organization of internists in the Philippines and was organized in 1953. The PCP is an affiliate society of the Philippine Medical Association and a member-society of the International Society of Internal Medicine.

Please be advised that the PCP Online Payment System uses the Global Payments Asia-Pacific Limited MIGS system, which employs 256-bit encryption.

During the initial stages of your transaction, the PCP Online Payment system may collect additional information to record your payment, which will then be validated through Global Payment (MIGS). Subsequent steps, where you enter your credit card information, take place within Global Payment's secure payment system using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a standard supported by most internet browsers.

If you are in a public place when making this payment, we advise you to ensure that nobody is watching you as you enter your details. This will prevent your information from being fraudulently misused.
